Spynet - Companions & Memoirs of a Sith Warrior

IGN has got an exclusive that gives us a sneak peak at the companion system and what we can expect from it. The details aren't all there yet, but from what we can tell it's going to be based very similarly to what we've seen in Dragon Age: Origins.

The player will have the ability to affect their standing with the companion and Bioware aims to make this a robust system which they call "Affection". We'll see what becomes of this, personally i hope to see it evolve past Dragon Age core components as at it's core was gifts which could alleviate any choices you made that affected your companion in a negative light essentially throwing out consequence.

Also this week we get a glimpse at a short video showing off some of the Sith Warrior! The combat is fast paced, we even see a vehicle!

Only time will tell, but enjoy the sneak peak!

Gamespot has a new article on the Sith Warrior and goes into some detail about one of his companions. They also have a neat Sith Warrior video.

Well, I called that it was about time for a Companion reveal. Happened a little earlier than E3, though. Really wonder what they have planned for E3...

I'm beginning to feel like they'll announce the SWTOR Beta at E3, especially after a few remarks by Daniel Erickson ("can't wait for people to see the E3 build" and "hope to see everybody online REAL soon" -- he really did put an emphasis on 'real soon').
